Big Six Korean law firm Shin & Kim has launched a new sector offering to provide professional consulting services to clients looking to use and integrate data and artificial intelligence into their operations.

The new offering, which the firm calls the “AI & Data Center” will advise businesses on potential commercial and legal risks, as well as on regulatory and policy compliance in relation to AI and data integration. Advisers within Shin & Kim’s AI & Data Center will also focus on developing and tailoring effective risk mitigation strategies and establishing necessary policies for clients who are looking to integrate AI and data utilization into their business operations.
