Stephanie Wilkins is the Editor-in-Chief of Legaltech News at ALM. She has spent the better part of the past decade following the evolution of legal tech and learning how it can help in-house counsel, law firms and others in the legal industry. As a former practicing litigator, she is particularly interested in how legal tech can and should be used in real-life practice and the valuable differences it can make. Stephanie is also keenly interested in shining a light on the ways legal tech is being used to help the greater good.

Based in Integreon's London office Clare works with clients to design and implement highly efficient and cost-effective litigation processes that include flexible and scalable resourcing models, document review services and utilize leading-edge technologies including artificial intelligence (AI) systems. Clare has vast experience advising on a myriad of issues and disciplines such as data collection and preservation approaches and early case assessment and review strategies, with an emphasis on predictive coding and advanced analytics.

Based in the United Kingdom, Claire joined Integreon in 2013 and is the product manager for review solutions. In this role, Claire applies her deep expertise and client centric approach to further evolve Integreon document review services. This includes developing new offerings to help clients meet their long-term goals, identifying enabling technologies and workflows, cultivating strategic partnerships, and ultimately ensuring the highest standards for quality and client delivery.

Jacob brings a wealth of experience and expertise in litigation, eDiscovery, information and cyber security, privacy, legal operations, and risk management. Since October of 2022, he has worked for The Nielsen Company as Head Associate General Counsel who is head of eDiscovery as well as supporting the cyber function, managing litigation and working in legal operations.

Vikram ("Vik") is a leader in developing and managing services teams to support complex and varied information law engagements. He leverages his deep experience in understanding and managing the intersection of legal and technical issues in global and high-stakes document review matters to provide clients with practical and strategic advice, guidance, and leadership. At Redgrave LLP, Vik oversees the firm's strategy across all areas of its approach to document review, including legal, risk, compliance, client development, and technology, to provide clients with a best-in-class document review ecosystem.

Michael Mendola is the Director of eDiscovery and Data Governance at Discover Financial Services. He is the first person to serve in that role, constructing a team to support information governance, data lifecycle management, and eDiscovery across the Discover enterprise. Prior to his current role, Michael served as a Senior Vice President at HSBC Bank, where he founded the legal eDiscovery team, which grew to provide support and advice to HSBC across the globe. He also led a litigation team handling complex commercial matters, consumer class actions, and regulatory investigations.
