A jury in the Southern District of New York on Monday found that the law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell is not liable for former Davis Polk associate Kaloma Cardwell's retaliation claims, concluding a three-week civil trial that brought more than a dozen current and former Davis Polk partners to the witness stand.
