Embattled Boeing is facing more legal and reputational trouble—this time involving an explosion of an oxygen tank being serviced for no less than Air Force One.

Jakob Miller, a crew chief for Boeing 747s used by the president, alleges in a lawsuit that Boeing’s aircraft-servicing division failed to properly maintain tools and equipment used to service the aircraft’s oxygen system.
