Florida Hemp Clients 'Freaking Out' with Delta-8, Delta-10 Ban on the Horizon

Even as the Florida Supreme Court weighs the future of a ballot initiative that would legalize recreational cannabis, Sunshine State leaders appear ready to quash Delta-9 THC's less buzzy cousins.

Lawmakers have sent Gov. Ron DeSantis legislation that would ban hemp-derived products that contain Delta-8 and Delta-10. DeSantis, well-known for his dislike of most things cannabis and cannabis-related, is expected to sign the bill, which would then go into effect in October.
