George Socha is responsible for increasing market awareness and adoption of Reveal's platform globally. Additionally, George is tasked with guiding the product roadmap and consulting with Reveal customers on effective deployment of legal technology. In 2005, he co-founded the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) whose frameworks and content have empowered a generation of legal professionals. He has worked for over three decades as a lawyer, advisor and court-approved expert. George received his JD from Cornell Law School and his BA from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Eric Boyd | National Director of Litigation Support & Docketing | Locke Lord

Eric Boyd is Locke Lord's Director of Litigation Support, Litigation Docketing, IP Docketing, and Records. He has over 25 years of experience with Electronically Stored Information (ESI), E-Discovery, computer forensics, litigation support and trial presentation, and has been with the Firm since 2010. Additionally, he works across the Firm with vendors and clients on pricing, and helps clients coordinate legal holds internally and devise forensic collection plans. His group works to blend technology and legal processes for optimizing efficiency, speed and legal spend. Eric is also on the Firm's AI Committee and helps identify, select, test and implement AI tools across the Firm. Eric is also on the board of the local ACEDS chapter in Dallas, TX.

Alex Jacobs | Director | BRG

Alex Jacobs has more than twenty-four years of experience answering discovery requests and assisting clients with internal investigations in civil litigation and in response to a criminal, governmental, or regulatory subpoena. He has worked within service providers, consulting firms, law firms, and industry startups. Mr. Jacobs works on clients' most complex matters, using cutting-edge technology to minimize risk and cost. He is experienced and certified in multiple technology platforms and regularly creates new workflow tools as bespoke deliverables for client engagements. Mr. Jacobs has worked on high-profile matters in most major industry verticals, including aerospace, oil and gas, financial services and banking, insurance, real estate, and transportation. He is well versed in all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) and Information Governance Reference Model (IGRM), identifying cost-reduction strategies that exist upstream from the eDiscovery process. He regularly consults with clients on best practices and protocols for data governance and information management, including deploying culture and education campaigns to increase employee retention of legal department policies and procedures.

Aaron Bath, CEDS, RP | National Director of Litigation & Legal Operations | Balfour Beatty

With a 22-year tenure in litigation and oversight of 120+ trials, Aaron is the National Director of Litigation & Legal Operations at Balfour Beatty, a global infrastructure group based in London with a $40+ billion market cap. Before Balfour Beatty, he was Copart, Inc.'s head of Litigation, and has served in managing roles in top Dallas and New York litigation law firms. As an adjunct professor at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Aaron teaches courses in legal technology, eDiscovery, and litigation management. His educational distinctions include a bachelor's degree from SMU in Jurisprudential Studies/Philosophy, a Data Science & Analytics professional certificate from Columbia University, and a graduate degree in AI/Machine Learning from MIT. Actively engaged in the civil litigation/legal technology communities, he's the former president of DAPA (Dallas Area Paralegal Association), and a founding board member of the North Texas Chapter of ACEDS (Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists).
