Customers of the California Department of Motor Vehicles have launched a class action against Google, claiming that it illegally mined their disability information from the DMV website.
The plaintiffs, represented by Baron & Budd and Don Bivens, filed a complaint on Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division.
