Patricia is a contract lifecycle management (“CLM”) expert who has been not only responsible for implementations and training programs but has been a member of CLM management teams in charge of corporate strategy, product vision, delivery, and customer success initiatives. As a CLM expert, she has coordinated cross-functional team activities, including engineering, product, support, project management, and quality control, to ensure high-quality execution and delivery of CLM projects while meeting deadlines, budget, and customer expectations. |
