Spanish powerhouse Garrigues has struck a deal with Sánchez Devanny to fully integrate the Mexican law firm into its practice by the end of the year.
The merger will see Garrigues’s practice expand beyond Mexico City to include Monterrey and Querétaro, where Sánchez Devanny is located, and its headcount grow to about 160 professionals in the country.
