Investors on Tuesday sued CrowdStrike in a federal securities class action lawsuit in the Western District of Texas, after the cybersecurity firm’s software experienced an outage that grounded hundreds of flights, upended health care and halted banking across the globe.

The lawsuit was filed by the Plymouth County Retirement Association, which is represented by New York-based Labaton Keller Sucharow. The firm was listed as a top performer in a recent report of plaintiffs firms that have been successful in bringing securities fraud claims.
