Attorneys for Elon Musk and Tesla argued on Friday that despite there being no directly comparable Delaware case law permitting it, Chancellor Kathaleen St. J. McCormick should allow Tesla shareholders' vote to ratify the compensation plan she previously ruled should be rescinded.
