A West Palm Beach attorney has filed a lawsuit in the Pinellas Circuit Court against attorneys and their law firm accused of assisting a multinational convenience chain in allegedly destroying evidence.

Jack Scarola, a partner at Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley, represents the plaintiff, the estate of Sheryll Caballes, in the lawsuit against the law firm Stoler Russell Keener Verona, some of its attorneys, and Circle K, a multinational, publicly traded corporation with more than 15,000 fuel stations globally.
