A federal prosecutor on Monday displayed a chart to jurors that calculated more than $70 million had been transferred from Girardi Keese's client trust accounts to the operating accounts from 2010 to 2020.
Monday's testimony also included another former client, Josefina Hernandez, who said she couldn't get her share of a $135,000 transvaginal mesh settlement from Tom Girardi.
