- A federal prosecutor on Monday displayed a chart to jurors that calculated more than $70 million had been transferred from Girardi Keese's client trust accounts to the operating accounts from 2010 to 2020.
- Monday's testimony also included another former client, Josefina Hernandez, who said she couldn't get her share of a $135,000 transvaginal mesh settlement from Tom Girardi.
