A Central New York jurist who allegedly displayed a Confederate flag on his desk for nearly 20 years, and posted inappropriate political commentary on Facebook, including a post that referred to former President Barack Obama as "the food stamp president," should be removed, the state's judicial misconduct watchdog said on Monday.
