A Starbucks shareholder has filed a securities class action in Washington federal court, claiming the coffee company misled investors on the expected success of its ”Triple Shot Reinvention” strategy.

Breskin Johnson & Townsend and Levi & Korsinsky are representing the shareholder plaintiff, who on Aug. 28 filed a complaint against Starbucks, CEO Laxman Narasimhan and Executive Vice President Rachel Ruggeri in the Western District of Washington.
