Federal government attorneys have subpoenaed more than 30 witnesses to appear and testify at Google’s second antitrust bench trial scheduled to begin 9 a.m. Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Former Google executives Eisar Lipkovitz, Scott Spencer and Brad Bender are among the nonparty witnesses who may testify under oath before U.S. District Judge Leonie M. Brinkema, according to trial subpoena proofs of service filed by the U.S. Department of Justice.
