Jim Walden, the managing partner of Walden Macht Haran & Williams, said this week that he would be handing over leadership of the New York-founded firm to a five-member executive committee, effective immediately.
The committee will have rotating chairs in its first three years, the firm said, with Sean Haran serving as chair through December 2025, Milt Williams as the 2026 chair, and Georgia Winston as the 2027 chair. Daniel Miller will head the firm's Philadelphia office and Jeffrey Udell will serve as the firm's general counsel.
