A federal judge in Pennsylvania on Thursday denied Shook, Hardy & Bacon attorneys' attempts to further delay trial in a products liability suit lodged against their client, Panera Bread Co., over its caffeinated Charged Lemonade, which allegedly led to the death of a Philadelphia woman.
