Unless she resigns, the fate of the most controversial and consequential chair of the Federal Trade Commission in decades may remain up in the air well into next year.
That means that, regardless of whether former President Donald Trump or Vice President Kamala Harris wins Tuesday's presidential election, businesses are likely to see many more months of Chair Lina Khan's no-holds-barred antitrust enforcement.
