In a Tuesday decision, U.S. District Judge Abbie Crites-Leoni for the Eastern District of Missouri granted Old Dominion and driver Toreano Barnes' summary judgment motion regarding plaintiffs David and Rebecca Drake's requests for punitive damages on claims for negligence and loss of consortium.
