After concluding plaintiffs’ counsel incorrectly and duplicatively billed their hours, a federal judge in Massachusetts reduced the requested attorney fees and costs relating to a settlement agreement with the City of Boston over its alleged failure to install curb ramps compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
