A Lehigh Valley medical device manufacturer has emerged victorious from the first trial in a wave of toxic tort litigation against the company.
Scores of plaintiffs have filed lawsuits alleging that B. Braun’s Allentown plant released dangerous levels of a carcinogenic chemical into surrounding neighborhoods.
