A lawsuit filed in California against federal Judge Mark C. Scarsi claimed that a guest was assaulted at a party at his house where there was underage drinking.
The suit, Wilson v. Scarsi, was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court against Scarsi and others over an incident that took place outside his Pasadena home in 2023. Scarsi serves in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, where he recently presided over a trial where Hunter Biden pleaded guilty to a series of tax-related charges.
