A federal judge in Massachusetts approved a settlement agreement between patients and a home delivery pharmacy service after the personal information of thousands of patients was allegedly breached, awarding more than $380,00 in attorney fees and costs.

In a Thursday decision, U.S. District Judge Richard G. Stearns of the District of Massachusetts granted plaintiffs Alexsis Webb and Marsclette Charley's motion for approval of the $1.075 million settlement agreement against Injured Workers Pharmacy. The plaintiffs' counsel with Milberg Coleman Bryson Phillips Grossman and Strauss Borelli requested 33% of the settlement, totaling $358,333.33 in attorney fees and $21,961.70 in reimbursement of costs and expenses.
