Civil rights lawyer Kiah Duggins was among the victims of the mid-air collision over the Potomac River on Wednesday that killed 67 people, Howard University confirmed in a Thursday LinkedIn post.
Duggins, 30, was set to start at Howard University School of Law as a professor this fall.
