Robert P. Goodridge, former corporate counsel for Heller Healthcare Finance, GE Healthcare Finance and Merrill Lynch Capital Healthcare Finance, has joined the Washington office of Chicago’s Vedder Price.
Goodridge will concentrate his practice in a wide range of commercial finance specialties, including health care finance and real estate finance, together with the acquisition and disposition of real estate.
