Ohio Gov. Ted Strickland has tapped Nancy Hardin Rogers, dean of Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law, to be interim Ohio attorney general.

Rogers, who was named dean of the law school in August 2001, will serve until voters on Nov. 4 choose a successor to Marc Dann, who resigned May 14.
