Bob Rascia is a competitive guy. The Chicago-based criminal defense lawyer has practiced for more than 25 years, defending everything from run-of-the-mill assault charges to large-quantity drug cases. In his free time, Rascia has earned a spot in the Chicago 16 Inch Softball Hall of Fame. He’s the winningest manager in the history of Chicago’s Classic League, having won more than 95 percent of his games.

As an inspiration to all you softballers, we checked in with Rascia to talk about competing on a high level and the peculiarities of the 16-inch game.
