Stacey Olliff is senior vice president for legal and business affairs at Fandango, the Los Angeles company that sells movie tickets online and offers movie trailers and other entertainment news on its Web site. Olliff oversees legal matters, business affairs, corporate development and corporate governance matters for the company, which was acquired in 2007 by a division of Comcast Corp. Prior to joining Fandango, Olliff was general counsel at Shopzilla Inc., an online comparison shopping site. Earlier, he practiced corporate and transactional law for several years at Ervin, Cohen & Jessup in Beverly Hills. A 1978 graduate of Harvard Law School, Olliff began his legal career as an associate at Morrison & Foerster.

Olliff was interviewed by Mark Thompson, a freelance journalist in Los Angeles and a regular contributor to GC California.
