Quinn Emanuel Urquhart Oliver & Hedges has pulled an in-house litigator out of Samsung Electronics for its Silicon Valley office, the firm announced Wednesday.
John Kim, who was senior intellectual property litigation counsel of the Seoul-based consumer-tech giant, started at Quinn on June 9.
