Dykema Gossett has scooped up 53 attorneys from Chicago’s Schwartz Cooper, including all seven members of its executive committee, creating a 450-attorney law firm with 130 lawyers in Chicago.
The combination, which the firms describe as a lateral move, bolsters Dykema’s corporate, litigation and bankruptcy practices and adds significantly to its real estate and banking groups.
