Linklaters has scored a high-profile partner win in the U.S. — bringing in the director of the Federal Trade Commission‘s competition bureau in New York.
Jeffrey Schmidt, whose name has been linked with Linklaters for around six months, is set to join the New York office on Oct. 1 as a partner in the competition group.
