Attorneys at Cleveland-based Kahn Kleinman plan to merge with Cincinnati-based Taft, Stettinius and Hollister next month, creating an Ohio law firm with 350 lawyers, the firms said in a press release.

Lawyers at Kahn Kleinman’s single office in Cleveland will be merged into Taft Stettinius’ office in the same city to become a combined office with 70 lawyers. That office is one of eight at Taft Stettinius, which, in addition to Cincinnati, also has a presence in Columbus and Dayton, Ohio as well as Indianapolis; Phoenix; Covington, Ky.; and Beijing.
