Dewey & LeBoeuf has recruited a co-chair for its executive compensation and benefits practice from Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.

Howard B. Adler, a partner at Fried Frank since 1994, specializes in executive compensation issues arising in mergers and acquisitions transactions. He recently worked on the Blackstone Group’s $1.6 billion acquisition of Apria Health Care Group Inc., a deal in which Fried Frank represented the three banks that agreed to provide financing.
