A federal appeals court Tuesday reversed non-monetary sanctions for discovery misconduct against Dorsey & Whitney and partner Marc S. Reiner. But the 2nd Circuit upheld the reprimands against former Dorsey & Whitney partner Kristan L. Peters, writing that the appeals court "need only review a sampling of Peters's conduct" to affirm the 24 individual sanctions against her.
