Hollywood movie studios scored a second court victory in as many days against DVD copying.
California’s 6th District Court of Appeal threw out a trial court win for Sunnyvale’s Kaleidescape — maker of high-end home entertainment systems that allow people to copy and store DVDs — on Wednesday.
