A federal grand jury indicted a former Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati staff member and two others for allegedly scamming the firm out of $1 million for tab dividers they never delivered.
“It’s an unfortunate situation,” said Courtney Dorman, a Wilson Sonsini spokeswoman. She declined to say whether the firm alerted the authorities to the embezzlement scheme, saying she couldn’t comment on the specifics of the ongoing case.
