The wife of a Long Island, N.Y., lawyer charged with fatally stabbing her husband will undergo a psychiatric evaluation, a Suffolk County judge has ruled.

Kathleen Prisco, 48, is facing second-degree murder charges for allegedly stabbing her husband, Ralph Prisco, 54, more than a dozen times on Friday morning. According to police, the stabbing took place during a domestic dispute at the couple’s Fort Salonga home.
