In an emergency hearing scheduled for today, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray is expected to consider a motion by trustee Herbert Stettin to block fallen attorney Scott Rothstein from hiding or destroying assets held by dozens of his business entities.
Stettin filed an emergency motion for preliminary injunction late Wednesday.
