In this appeal, defendant-appellant Rafael A. Gonz lez-Vélez (“Gonz lez-Vélez”) challenges his sentence following his conviction for participating in a conspiracy to distribute narcotics. The 135-month sentence currently on appeal was imposed on re-sentencing after a previous decision by this court, in which we affirmed the appellant’s conviction but vacated his sentence due to the sentencing court’s failure to make an individualized drug quantity determination. See United States v. Gonz lez-Vélez, 466 F.3d 27 (1st Cir. 2006). After careful consideration, we affirm the appellant’s new sentence.
