A second San Francisco land use and real estate boutique in the last three weeks has closed with many of its attorneys finding a new home at a larger firm.

Cassidy Shimko Dawson & Kawakami, whose lawyers focused largely on transactional work, dissolved at the end of 2009. Dawson is joining as special counsel, the other three as partners.
