It wasn’t a typical case for San Francisco plaintiff malpractice specialist William Gwire, but last week, his decision to stick with it paid off.
“Once in a while something like this comes along that’s really interesting,” Gwire said about the case, a week after a Los Angeles jury awarded his client $50 million in punitive damages.
