Troutman Sanders is opening a new three-lawyer office in Portland, Ore., to expand its energy practice.
The firm’s chairman, Robert W. Webb Jr., said Troutman’s foray into Portland is to capitalize on increased interest by Western energy clients in firms with Washington, D.C., regulatory practices.
