A little more than a month after a former female real estate associate at DLA Piper accused the firm of firing her in November 2008 because she was three months pregnant, an employment tribunal in Liverpool has ruled in favor of the firm by dismissing her claims of sexual discrimination, reports The Telegraph.

Sarah Sweeney, 36, claimed that DLA operated like an “old boys’ club,” according to reports in British newspapers. But the tribunal unanimously dismissed all of Sweeney’s claims with its ruling late Thursday.
