Genovese Joblove & Battista has formed a joint venture with a Venezuelan firm formerly affiliated with the defunct Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler.
The Miami-based firm entered into an agreement with Paoli Melo Bariona & Asociados in Caracas as a launching point for Latin American expansion.
