While investors might be steering clear of some initial public offerings set to hit roiling global markets this week, the lawyers pushing the paper behind those listings are staying busy despite price pressures and a skeptical stock market.

Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr is helping roll out a new offering for car-sharing service Zipcar, which announced its intention to go public on Tuesday. While Zipcar is only seeking to raise $75 million, other larger listings loom on the horizon.
