With tensions and accusations mounting, Stuart Rosenfeldt — co-founder of convicted scam artist Scott Rothstein’s defunct law firm — was a no-show Monday for questioning by attorneys for the firm’s bankruptcy trustee.
An attorney representing trustee Herbert Stettin filed a motion hours later with U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Raymond Ray to compel Rosenfeldt and his wife, Suzanne, to sit for depositions.
