Testimony in the nation’s first Chinese drywall trial against a domestic distributor wrapped up Wednesday after the president of a Miami building supply company denied a cover-up.
Closing arguments are set for today before Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Joseph Farina. The jury will be left to decide whether Banner Supply knowingly sold defective wallboard that was installed in a $1.66 million Coconut Grove, Fla., home.
