This is the time of year when news of law school admissions decisions has been received and, we hope, many diverse students know that they will be starting law school in the fall. The question arises, though, whether they have any real idea of what to expect when they get there.
After much discussion, we think the answer to that question is no. Think back. How much did you really know about law school before it began? TV shows and movies can only tell you so much. They can intimidate you or make you laugh, but they can’t tell you how to succeed in this somewhat unique educational system.
