Q: I have a question about getting back into law firm practice.

Last year, during the mass layoffs, I was, unfortunately, one of the many who lost their job from a top law firm. I graduated from a top 4 law school, and also received a masters in public policy at the same time. Prior to joining a law firm, and immediately after law school, I worked for the Department of Justice. Since being laid off, I took the time to pursue non-law-related activities, including traveling, as well as other pursuits.
